What Is EVA Cutting and How Is It Done?

The EVA cut is chemically “Ethyl Vinly Acetate”. The higher the EVA rate after making a closed cell, the better the insulation. It is highly resistant to impacts, suitable for a wide heat range, can be shaped by heat. It is antibacterial, environmentally friendly, does not contain harmful chemicals. It is used in heat and sound insulation.

We, as industrial cutting, use EVA material in different colours, with appropriate density, we both offer materials and EVA cutting according to the place of use of the customer.

In sleeping bags, polyethylene material is also selected together with EVA.

• Packaging Industry

The use of EVA cutting in the packaging industry is generally used in a wide range of special EVA cut products in bags and boxes, from plastic to transportation of metal and glass products. It can be made from 2mm to 15 cm.

• Promotional Sector

In the promotional sector, the flock printed sponge is an alternative and mostly colours such as blue, red and yellow are selected. At the same time, there are disposable varieties for ornaments, from handcrafted papers. Also, the keychain etc. is included in this.

• Automotive

In the automotive industry EVA TYPES on the other hand, the door is used in engine panels and under the felts, the most selected types are 2 mm and the back is selected with bands. The tape type is made in line with customer demands.

Nonwoven alternative products are included in disposable hotels and beach slippers. 4-5 mm thickness can be selected. The screed colours are chosen more and EVA is cut in this direction.
